Marked INTERNATIONAL WATCH CO., SHAFFHAUSEN.  Automatic movement, stainless steel case with silver face, second hand dial. Gold numbers and hands. Display back that shows the movement. Mfg. April of 2000. Shows very little use, keeps perfect time. I purchased this new and wore it for a very short time.
